This Privacy Policy explains how VUDARO, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Vudaro", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit vudaro.io or use the Vudaro ad analysis and script generation service (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account and contact details: your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account, and your name if you provide it.
Content you upload: video ads and other files you submit for analysis, product details you provide, and the scripts, storyboards and prompts we generate for you.
Payment information: paid plans are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device, IP address and pages visited, used to keep the Service secure and working.

2. How we use information

To provide the Service, including analyzing ads and generating scripts, storyboards and prompts.
To send you your waitlist invite, account notices and service updates.
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To improve the reliability and performance of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploads or generated content to train AI models.

3. Retention

Uploaded video files are deleted from our servers 30 days after upload. Generated scripts and storyboards stay in your library until you delete them or close your account. Account information is kept while your account is active and deleted on request, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run Vudaro (such as hosting, email delivery, AI processing and payments), under contracts that limit their use of the data, or when required by law.

5. Security

We use HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No online service can guarantee complete security, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@vudaro.io. California residents have rights under the CCPA, and EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

7. Children

Vudaro is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email.
