Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of vudaro.io and the Vudaro service (the "Service"), provided by VUDARO, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Vudaro", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vudaro provides online software that helps creators and businesses analyze short-form video ads and generate scripts, storyboards and AI prompts for marketing content. The Service is currently in early access, and features may change as we develop it.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

3. Your content

You keep all ownership rights in the content you upload, and you own the scripts, storyboards and prompts you generate with the Service. You grant Vudaro a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload and analyze everything you submit. Generated outputs are original, but you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing and for not copying third-party trademarks, footage or copyrighted material.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or share content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, harasses others, or contains sexual content involving minors. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars through our payment provider.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• If you are unhappy within 14 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing prices for existing subscribers.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important files.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vudaro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. On termination, we delete your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page before they take effect.
